Hey @Samantha0999, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community!

If your Versa isn't tracking your calories accurately, I'd like to ask you this, did you see that your heart rate was correctly tracked? Because with heart rate monitor Fitbit devices, is easier to track calories burned. I mean, they are even more accurate since Fitbit not only use your BMR but also the time you spend on each heart rate zone to track this. If your heart rate readings aren't very accurate, then let me know so I can help you out better. 😉

I'll be around!

How do I fix the heart rate reading

My calories burned is never correct during exercise. I just add it in manually. Heart rate never works during exercise (at the gym) either. Probably because the monitor on the machine interferes with the tracking on the fitbit.

Hey @Samantha0999, thanks for your response! You can try the following. Open the Settings app User-added imageand find Heart Rate. Try change it to OFF, sync your Versa, then try to change to ON, sync it again and then change it to AUTO and sync it again. Wear it for a few days, doing exercise and your daily activity and let me know how it goes.

@GGordon, good to see you around more often! If you see that your heart isn't well tracked when you are exercising, maybe you have to review our wearing tips so your Versa can get better readings. So please take a look at our help article: What should I know about my heart rate data?

Let me know how it goes guys!
