My device got deleted from the app.

Trying to unlock it but failed.

Any hard reset option?

If device got deleted, add it as a new device.  I don't understand what unlocking with phone has to do with that.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
