Versa unpaired and won’t recognize phones Bluetooth

My Versa seems to have unpaired with my phone and when I try to connect it keeps saying - turn phones Bluetooth on!  Bluetooth is on and working on the phone.  I’ve deleted the Fitbit app and reinstalled it without success - any ideas?

Try restarting your phone after the install.  It worked for me after I had to set up my replacement last week.
