I've had my Versa a year and never had any problems. Just last night it suddenly rebooted and no longer showed anything but the Fitbit logo. I got it to boot properly on the charger and used that to try a few things, leading to a factory reset ultimately.
Now it's reset, but even with that every time I take it off the charger it starts rebooting within 2 minutes. Help please?

I just finished setting my Versa back up again after spending most of yesterday going back and forth with support. My charger issue was due to an unstable power source (apparently the USB slot in an international power adapter isn't the best) and once that was settled the firmware update could actually apply and fix the shutting down issue.

None of those things are the issue. The battery is fully charged and shows that when it's plugged in. It just doesn't stay on long enough to do anything.

@ZiyaKalenia, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I appreciate the time spent trying the recommended troubleshooting steps.
Since your Versa is still unable to stay on unless it's on the charger, let me go ahead and forward your case to our Support team so they can investigate further and provide a solution. You will receive an email from them soon.
I'll be around if any question arises.
