Versa unresponsive, won’t charge, battery life non existent after agreeing to heart study

I agreed to participate in the heart study. After agreeing, my battery went from lasting 4 days to less than 24 hours. Also, as of Tuesday night the screen went black and unresponsive. I tried holding down the back and bottom button and it would randomly vibrate but no screen. Then I tried holding down all three buttons for at least 3 minutes and still no response. I tried placing it on the charger and it wouldn’t charge. I also tried to “sync and refresh” with my phone and my phone can’t find my Versa anymore. Not sure what else to try.

My battery life was already dropping over time, but I also had the same issue where it dies within less than a day and when it does putting on the charger does not recharge unless I hit the reset sequence and wait and pray and then it will show 0% on the charger after a few tries.
