Versa using Iconic watch randomly switches from 12 hour to 24 hour clock

first day with a Versa.  Leaving the doctor's office, my watch shook like a notification.  When I looked at the watch, I saw that the clock had changed from 12 hour to 24 hour.  When I looked at my phone, it shoed I had received a notification that I had earned my first sneaker.  This occurred at the same time as the watch changed.  Can a notification change a watch setting?  I am starting to become disenchanted with the Fitbit and it may be going back for another brand.

@motero99 No, it shouldn't. Sounds like it glitched. Reboot your tracker several times just in case.
