Versa/versa 2 and magnets

I am contemplating getting a new Versa 2.  I work in MRI and am around magnets all day long.  The magnet has not affected my Charge 2, but not sure any new components in the Versa.  Wondering if anyone has had any experience with this.

Hello @hbogan and a warm welcome.  I am attaching the link to the Versa 2 manual.  There is a section on the components and materials.  You can compare them to the general MRI "OK to use and not OK to use" rules.

 

That said, the Versa 2 stores information that might be influenced by the magnetic strength of the MRI.  Which is a whole different ballpark from the magnetic strength of a magnetic mesh band.  It's a very different tracker compared to your Charge 2.

 

I don't think it is a good idea, but I have no proof.
