Versa vibrates constantly then screen wont turn on

Hi. My versa is about 6 months old. And lately after i charge it and wear it...it wont stop vibrating on my wrist and flicks to the run app and brings down the notifications from the top screen. When it doesnt do that it wont recognise ive pressed the left hand button to check the time...if i double tap the screen it still won't display anything. It usually sorts itself out eventually but its a pain. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi , try to reboot your Versa by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. Sometimes you have to repeat this procedure more than once. If that does not solve your problems, I would advice you to contact Customer Support. Good luck!!
