Versa vibrates only once during the alarm time

I recently switched from a Charge 2 to the Versa.  I have noticed the alarm only gives 1 vibration which does nothing to wake me up.   The Charge would give several vibrations and it worked well.   Is this normal for the Versa or is this a glitch in my device?   I've switched to wearing my Charge at night so I have an alarm.

@finash welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to follow up on the issue that your Versa is experiencing since it only vibrates once when the alarm goes off.

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally. After restarting your Versa, disable the alarms, and turn them back on. Finally, monitor your Versa and see if it vibrates more than once the next morning.

Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀

I have the same issue. It was working fine a few weeks ago. But now not only the alarm, incoming calls, and even test cal notification  buzzes only once.

I have this issue too with just the alarms. I even installed a 3rd party vibration test app and it performs correctly on alarm (vibrates short-short-short-long for alert) but the alarm only does short-1/2 short. Have reset, rebooted, deleted and re-created alarms with no change. Got the new FW a few weeks ago in the hopes that the fix was in there but alas, the problem persists. Will try another full reset later today. FW 35.71.6.19

I figured out that it was one of the watch face I was using had this issue. I moved to different watch face and I no longer have the issue.

That is so funny. I was thinking the same thing. I changed to a different clock face and it worked for me too. I really liked my BondFit clock face but if it breaks the alarm then its no good. That is a very odd fix. What the heck is the clock face doing?
