Hi, I have the versa and my son has the Ace. We have the family account set up however my versa is going off when he reaches 10,000 steps, and I can’t figure out how to switch it. Help!

Hello @Stephaniejw81 have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. The reason your Versa is going off with a goal celebration when your son's Ace reaches 10K steps might be because both devices are set up on your account instead of the Ace being set up on a child's account.
To check this, go to the Fitbit app and tap on Account. If you're able to see both devices under your name, you will need to remove the Ace and set it up in a child's account. As you have already created a Family Account, please follow these steps in order to set up the Ace:
Now, when it comes to sync the Ace, after having already set up the device to a child account, follow these steps:
Give these steps a try and let us know the outcome!

Hi, when your two watches are in the same room, BT will be interfered by each other. So, try switching of BT on your phone when you're in the same room as your son.
