About two weeks ago my vibration on my wakeup alarm stopped working. I also noticed that the vibration was not working for my timer (I tested frequently with a 10 sec setting) and when goals were achieved like the 250 steps in an hour and the 10,000 steps in a day. For a few days ago it worked once for 10,000 steps but hasn't worked again. I have checked all the settings and done a factory reset. The problem was not fixed. Any suggestions? Could the device that generates the vibrations have failed?
