Hi, I had my Fitbit app on my iPhone no no problems. I am moving over to a Samsung S8 and I can’t get the app to sync. I have restarted the phone, the versa and I have also deleted the original Versa.
when I go to set up device it’s not picking it up. Bluetooth is on etc....please help

Hi, do you have your Versa in the charger and connected with your PC/Laptop during the setup??
