I used my two days old Versa on a walk and used the Walk tracker in Exercise. About a half hour into the walk the app crashed and went back to the clock. The iPhone Fitbit app also did not record the walk. I am very disappointed. Has anyone else experienced this and more importantly, were you able to fix it and how?

Try a RESTART, Jim, and do it several times if necessary.

Jim, To answer you question, I have read a few threads of people posting similar problems.
One is Versa stopping in the middle of exercise.
There were a few more, but I couldn't recall the name, to find the thread.

Thanks for the link. I posted details about my problem along with the many
others there. Hopefully, Fitbit will take notice and fix it.
