Versa warranty feedback

Our of warranty by 3 months and offered 25%, not exactly what you hope for when you spend almost $200 on a product. Very disappointing!

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is no longer under warranty. The warranty period is good for 365 days starting from the date of first setup. I totally understand how you feel about this.

Thanks, I had to buy a new one. But,the company does know that the original
Versa had issues and that is why they came out with a newer version so
quickly. I'm hoping something doesnt happen like this again. If it does
then I will have to stop being part of the fitbit community and go to an
Apple Watch.
