I just have a quick question. I purchased my Fitbit it’s a Fitbit versa lite. I bought it in February of this year on kohl’s.com. How do I find out if it my Fitbit is under warranty from Fitbit company? I don’t believe kohl’s gave me any protection.

There's a link to the warranty terms at the bottom of this page, or direct via https://www.fitbit.com/us/legal/returns-and-warranty

The two keys requirements are:

  • The warranty is only for a limited time from purchase. This is usually 12 months but in some parts of the world. e.g. Europe, it is 24 months
  • The retailer has to be on Fitbit's approved list

See the terms document for other conditions. Or, you could always contact customer support who will be able to check your warranty status: contact.fitbit.com

There should be a booklet that came in the original packaging that will tell you about your warranty.
