Versa was set up and syncing fine, and now hasn't for 2 days

I have been a Versa user since day one.  It has stopped syncing previously and I was able to uninstall it and reinstall it and it started working again.  Now, I did that and my phone is unable to find the Versa.  I tried on two other phones and my laptop, and it hasn't worked.  I am so frustrated.

I am having the exact same problem. It hasn't synced since 7/7/18. I also uninstalled the app, reinstalled and now my versa "can't be found".

I am using Android phone, if you cannot find your device, go to Bluetooth setting, forget the device "versa". and try to pair in again. If you are using iOS, not sure this works or not?

What ended up working was deleting the watch from the actual app and starting over with setup like it was new...thanks for your suggestion

I deleted the watch completely from the app and started install again like it was brand new. Took 3 tries but it did work nd it is syncing again , for now at least.

I tried deleting it and tried to add it back nothing short of 6 times without success. I also installed all app updates. Deleted and reinstalled the app. Turned the versa on and off multiple times. I am on an iPhone.
