Every since I got it notifications on my Versa have been sporadic. I don't remember if the text messages ever came through, only email. Today I finally had time to troubleshoot. When I started the frustrating process of figuring out why the messages weren't showing up on the device I now see that it won't sync and can't find my device at all. I google solutions and see so many people that have the same issue and have returned their Versa. I'm hoping not to have to do that, but I am very disappointed at having to spend all of this time to fix something that should have worked out of the box.
When I try to sync it doesn't even find my device. I've turned bluetooth on and off, restarted my phone unpaired everything but the Versa and one speaker.

My Versa quit syncing via bluetooth after the first few days, went back to Verizon and they said to do a factory reset, which didn't solve problem, so called Fitbit last night and they had me start over with setup but still stuck at phase 2 of 3 downloading using Wifi and ran all night. I've turned on and off Bluetooth and message on phone app switches from step 2 of 3 download to Searching for Versa but still stuck. On phone with Fitbit again right now waiting for solution. Too bad they released this product with flaws, don't want to return it but may have to and try Garmin!!

I have an iPhone 7 and have found that my Versa will not sync if there is an update for the phone that I have not installed. This has happened twice...as soon as I install the iPhone update, the Versa syncs again.
