I had a Fitbit charge 2 & loved it. It did everything it was said to do. I decided to upgrade so I could swim with it. First it never tracked my sleep right no matter how tight I wore it. Now it is just the BLACK SCREEN OF DEATH. I have tried to reboot it but nothing. I only had this since the end of February & haven’t gotten it wet much at all but shouldn’t I be Able to swim w it. That is a feature that is all over the advertising. Please help. What do I do now?

@Lissa1015, welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your Versa screen not working nor detecting sleep. You should be able to swim with your Versa as it was designed to be worn and detect your swimming. Lets address the screen issue first. Is your device still syncing or is not responding at all? Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves so we can see the sleep detection.
Let me know how it goes.
