My Versa won't show the correct time like it was saying 5:35 @ 8:40 but so far it has fixed itself or I did something to fix it i don't know.

Hi @Iron_Cat42 - your watch sets the time when it syncs properly.

If it's not syncing with the app it can't do this.

However, it is important to find the reason the time was wrong in the first place. Which can be because the watch ran out of battery, a fault with it where it keeps losing time when not syncing, or even a clock face problem.

If the time is right now, you can check if your watch and clock face are fine by logging out of the Fitbit App for a day and if the watch still keeps correct time it is ok.

How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?

Hi there, @Iron_Cat42. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. I'm glad to hear that your issue is now solved.

I agree with @Guy_, it's important to know what might cause an incorrect date and time on your Fitbit device. Please note that the time will be wrong if your Charge 4 hasn't synced recently as your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your Fitbit device has recently synced, go to your Fitbit app and tap the Today tab, and then tap Devices.

If the issue is still not solved, but you can confirm that your Fitbit device is syncing,  I recommend changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.
