Versa watch : Not track nap time

Another new  problem for Versa that I found : it does not track nap time if it not over 3 hours !!!!  That   I was told by Fitbit support team that Versa did not record after 3 hours sleep.  Who is going to take 3 hours nap time in this world?

By the way, Flex 2  and change 2 did rescored nap time even over 15 min. . Both units that I had over few months. . Versa is a  much high-end device.  It is not reason did not catch  reasonable length of sleep time. Since track sleep time is most import for the most users.

Please fix this problem, Fitbit software development  team!  Thank you.

That's interesting. I just looked at my sleep logs, and I have a graph for a 1.5-hour nap that was logged wearing my Versa. It takes longer than that to get the detailed graph, so it's just the simple graph. But it still recorded the nap.

Thank you let me know. That I knew entire this week (four days) no record
for me. And I contact with support that I was told by 3 hours sleep- time
that will be recorded. I also changed settings from " Sensitive" to"
Normal "(per support) . What is your setting?

thank you,

thank  you.  I really see the lack of track nap times on my new versa.  It does not record at all.  Support is useless for this matter.  I had to give up.
