Versa watch and app showing different results

This has happened a few times and is upsetting to those who keep track of their steps like I do. The Versa shows I have 5/12 hours of active (250 steps) while the app shows only 4/12 hours. This isn't the first time this has happened and it is getting a little frustrating. What do I need to do to have both the app and the Versa say the same thing?IMG_5568.JPGfullsizeoutput_902.jpeg

Are you sure it has synced recently.  What you show could just be case of the last hour not having gotten synced to the app yet.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Yes, I have synced it many times before taking the pictures. I saw the discrepancy when it was just 10 am and the second hour filled in but the first one still hadn’t.
Like I said, this isn’t the first time this has happened.
