Versa watch face not working but only the green light of the heart rate on

This afternoon my Versa clock face has stopped working but the heart rate green light is still on. I have charged it & tried linking to Fitbit app. Also tried restarting it by holding in left button. I have had no luck.

What is the next step???

Only had it for 3 weeks!!!

Haven't loaded any music.

Here are the proper Restart instructions and do it several times if necessary.
