Versa watch frozen screen

I have tried everything based on forums for restarting the device... nothing works. I have been trying to "chat" with someone for about 20-30 mins now and there's no timer as to where I am in line. I would like to submit a warranty claim for the defective item. Someone please email me ASAP to address my issue.
