Versa watch is not connecting to Dashboard

When exercising, my watch is not connecting, and certain measurements not recording.

@Lodovico welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it doesn't connect or record your exercises to your Dashboard.

 

Please let me know what is the brand and model of the mobile device you sync your watch with. Also, let me know if you get any error message when your Versa tries to sync or record your data.

 

In the meantime, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your activities and see if they get synced to your Dashboard.
