Hi, my toddler locked my Versa a watchd, and it asked me to unlock through my phone. The couldn't see the watch, so I unpaired the phone in an attempt to re-pair the watch to it.
However of course now when I try to enter the pin as part of the pairing process, it won't show up on the watch screen as it's still locked.
I've followed the factory reset steps but nothing's happening.
Please help.

Hi @Clarejp If you have correctly done the Factory Reset as laid out below and it hasnt helped then your only optionnis to contact Support. Bear in mind that the Coronavirus is affecting Fitbit employees and response times are longer than usual.
VERSA FACTORY RESET USING BUTTONS
On the watch, hold all three buttons for about twelve seconds. This triggers the 2-button hardware reboot after about eight seconds.
- When the Fitbit logo appears, then disappears, release the bottom right button, then continue holding the left and top right buttons until you feel a strong vibration. This indicates the factory reset was initiated.
- This process may take several seconds, and eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays go to Fitbit.com/setup.
- If you fail to release the bottom right button in time, or otherwise don't follow the procedure precisely, the Fitbit logo reappears quickly and boots without factory reset.
