Versa watch not reloading seems left hand button is stuck. Cannot move even with pin.

My Fitbit versa watch is not working.  I have tried to reset but it is stuck on loading.  Seems left hand button is not moving at all.  Have tried to release with pin but no luck.  Watch was bought in 2018 for Christmas present by my Husband so would like to get repaired if possible.

Hi @Steward18  - it may also be a software issue. If you can swipe the screen, go to watch Settings, About menu and do a Shutdown, at the bottom.

 

Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it.
