Hi,
I bought a Versa watch at the end of Nov 2019 and over the weekend (after just about 2 months of use) the screen suddenly went dead and the device is not responsive.
I tried holding down the power button for 3x seconds, 8x seconds and 15x seconds and the watch does vibrate a bit as if it was starting up, the green heartbeat light at the back also flashes, but nothing comes up on the screen.
Any suggestions on how to fix this as it has just been 2x months with this watch and I really do like it.
