Versa watch setting app unresponsive

Hi, i just bought my versa weeks ago and i noticed that the watch screen  was freezing occasionally when you try to check a certain app. And the setting app has been unresponsive and can't access at all since last week till now. What seems to be the problem?

Hey @Xhin_Nehs, it is nice to see new faces around! If the screen of your Versa seems to be freezing occasionally all of the sudden, and you can't access to certain apps, I'd like you to try to restart it. Just follow these instructions to do so: 

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If your Fitbit Versa doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.
