Versa watchband has come undone

My Versa is a few months old, and my only problem is that the watchband has come undone 3 times.   Each time I was very lucky to find it, twice in my house and once it was turned in to a store after being found in a parking lot. This is ridiculous! The band is not coming unattached from the actual watch but rather it is coming undone.

The circle band that is supposed to secure the end of the band is sliding down too far, leaving the strap end pointing straight out. Eventually it rubs against something and the clasp comes undone. Help, before I lose it for good, or is this what Fitbit is hoping for? Very frustrated.

Personally I have always found the Genuine Fitbit bands very secure, but if it is not working for you try a different type. If you are using a woven band try the silicone one as the circle band keeper thing on that one has a locating nib that fits into one of the holes on the band. I find mine doesnt move once it is done up

It's great to see you around @DHE5 and @NellyG thanks for stopping by.

If you are having issues with your band getting attached, I recommend taking a look at the help article How do I change the wristband on my Fitbit device? to see the steps you need to follow in order to put your band.

Thanks.  I should have mentioned that I am using the silicone band  My circle band keeper thing does have a nub that fits into the band, but the whole circle band is too big and wont stay in place.

Thanks but I think you misunderstood.  I am not having trouble with my silicone watchband coming off the watch.   I am having trouble with the watchband becoming unlatched and falling off my wrist.   The circle band with nub that is supposed to hold the end of the band down is way too big, and the nub accomplishes nothing.
