My Versa has decided to switch the temperature listing from farenheit to Celsius.
I checked to make sure my preference was still showing farenhheit on the app listing, it is. I tried doing a reset, still showing celcius.
I talked via messaging to the Fitbit Help Line. I think the rep did some sort of reset and whee, it was back to fadenheit. Butwhen I checked again a couple hours later IT IS BACK TO CELCIUS!
This time I called the help line . I had a great deal of trouble understanding the service rep, but I think he might have done a reset . He kept saying something about having the app always running in the background, but I could never quite understand what he was getting at, finally I told him thanks and goodbye, because farenheit was restored. BUT ONCE AGAIN THE TEMPERATURE READING HAS SWITCHED TO CELCIUS!
What is going wrong, or is this a faulty device or a piece of junk.
Much more and maybe I will return it to Amazon and look at a Galaxy or Garmin. I have enjoyed my two previous Fitbits, but this is a royal pain!

My Fitbit weather app has been in operative for the last 3 or 4 months. Weather app connects but no data downloads. I went through all of the help comments from the scores of people with the same problem but nothing worked.
about 2 weeks ago the app started working again. However, it switches to Celsius even though the app is set to Fahrenheit. I have re-set Fitbit, reinstalled app, reconnected new device, hard reset iPhone. Nothing works! This must be a defect in the Versa. Can you send me a new one that actually works correctly?
