Versa - weather app settings open to nothing

on my versa weather app, when I go via the phone to app settings, there is a blank screen. 

I am doing this as the versa is still not updating the weather.  I go into setting, screen blank, and then it is updating.  I saw that this works with accuweather, which I have on my phone, but it is not keeping the weather reading.

I downloaded another weather app, and in Australia, (I am assuming) it wont give you weather readings, so I went to go into the app via my phone to delete the app and again, in the app settings, there is nothing there. I am unable to delete it as it does not give me any settings information as per the above versa weather app.

@berniet68 I'm assuming you're talking about Fitbit weather app for Versa. Have you tried logging out and in to Fitbit mobile app. Alternatively, uninstalling and reinstalling Fitbit mobile app?
