Versa weather not updating

I’ve been using my versa for a couple of weeks and have noticed that I can’t get the weather to update unless I sync with the Fitbit app. 

 

Im using an iPhone and have location services on, cellular data on and am not sure what else to do.

That is correct.  The only way your tracker can update the weather app is to sync with the Fitbit App.

Oh, that’s a bummer. I had a clock face that showed the weather it’s a little pointless if I can’t take a quick glance at it and see a weather update. ☹️

Having the same problem.  I sync mine in the morning when I get up.  I don't get the weather at all.

I have tried all the same things you mentioned.  Also using iphone, with everything turned on.

I am also having a problem with charging.  It takes hours.  It said 95% for over an hour.

Is that normal?   I am absolutely nuts trying to get anything beyond paying for a membership on Deezer. Can't get it to work or to move music to it no matter what I try.

I had a Charge HR 2 for a couple of years and loved it.  I was really looking forward to Versa but questioning if it was worth spending the money for.
