So I had done a factory reset on my Fitbit versa and after going through all the procedures after updating the software my versa screen went blank. there's no display. The watch seems to be "working" internally. I can sync it to my Fitbit app and if I hold down the notifications button, it vibrates. I can also twist my wrist to turn the screen on.
I have pressed all 3 buttons for almost 15-20sec like 4 to 5 times now and there is nothing that helps.

Me too! Just happened in the last two hours. My screen is black. After accidentally turning on the auto turn on screen option, I went to get to the menu to turn it back to manual and nothing. Now the screen won’t even turn on after multiple reset and factory reboot attempts. This is less than 5 months old and has never been wet.
