Versa went black

My watch suddenly went black today even though it had plenty of battery. It’s been flashing the logo on and off. I tried the factory restart and now it’s stuck at the download the app notification on the watch. It still flashes the logo if I take it off the charger. The app and my phone do not see the Versa. I’ve had just a few weeks or so past a year and now it’s crap. I’ve seen all the other complaints about it and maybe I should have invested in something else as well.

Do you try restart or/and factory reset?

1. restart: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186

2. Versa factory reset:

Press and hold all three buttons. Wait until the logo appears for the second time and release the lower right button. Wait for 10 seconds and start to vibrate. Release the other buttons.

Maybe you need to try few times because hard to find valid time.
Watch out! Everything resets, it will be like you brought it from the store. All custom settings will be lost!

I have tried several times but it won’t do it. I have tried twice from the settings on the watch. I have to hurry or starts flashing the logo. I finally did a restart that way. It was updated too. It will flash the logo or just go off and then I have to put it in the charger to get it to do anything again.

All the problems I’ve had with Fitbit and I’m done. I tried to talk to someone today about my watch. I wanted it fixed because I did love it. No one knows what’s wrong with it. I was offered a crappy 25% discount and that’s it. They didn’t even want my watch to see if they figure out what’s wrong for future reference. I feel like they don’t care about customer loyalty. They obviously don’t care about keeping me as a customer and Fitbit user.
