Versa went blank and overheated while charging

I’ve had my watch a little over a year with no problems but today it went to a dull gray blank screen. It still had over half it’s battery life left so I was confused on why it wouldn’t turn back on. I went ahead and put it on the charge to see if it would wake it up. With in 10 mins my watch was HOT; couldn’t pick it up. I was able to remove it from the charger to cool down but still no luck. Help I need my watch back.

Hi @SavannaO  It is not sounding good at all, but try restarting the watch several times and see if that wakes it up. If it doesnt, it has unfortunately probably died. Contact Support and see if they can help you.
