My versa just went dead after a full charge and will not turn on or charge again. I have tried all the recommend fixes to no avail. Fitbit support was no help. I am literally two weeks out of the warranty. All Fitbit did was offer me a cheap discount on the Versa 2. My wife also had a Versa that stopped syncing two months ago, she was told by the support team that there was nothing they could do. They offered her the same terrible discount on a new Versa. We will no longer be a Fitbit customers. In fact we have already ordered new watches from a different company, that has better products and support. You should all think carefully before buying a new Fitbit product.
