Versa went off will not turn back

My fitbit went off and won't turn back on many times. This time it went out and it been two weeks it won't come back on. I've tried everything from changing charger, and it won't work. Help I paid too much to be going through this!!

I am having this issue as well. My display went to black and will not turn back on, but I can still sync from my phone. Help.

Hi! It do not vibrate when I put it on the charger. It do not turn on at all I tried troubleshooting and I even tried buying a new charger but it get hot when it charges b/c the batter is completely full. Please help I am lost without my watch its bee two weeks going on three
