Updated Versa, when I swipe up on clock face nothing happens.  I have done a hard reset several times, even tried unpairing...this is so frustrating.  Last week it wouldn't sync at all...finally got that to work...just when you have one issue resolved there is another..

I was using business,  not stats... however I just tried every Fitbit clock face. I can see my stats using the simple clock face.

I don't like the format, but at least it's working for now. Thank you for all your help! Happy Holidays and Happy New Year!

Hi, are you using a third party Clock Face?

This clock face came from the clock faces out of the Fitbit app.

Is this clock face by Fitbit itself or one out of the column "all clocks". What is the name of your Clock Face? You can find this by going to and pressing Clock Faces. On the left side you will see "My Clock".

Dark side

Hi, I looked up the Clock and it's a third party clock. If I were you, I would contact the developer of this clock. Go to Clock Faces - All Clocks - type in the search field Dark side and you will get the clock including information about the developer. Click contact the developer and send him an email with your problems.

Another possibility is that this clock face is not compatible with the new Fitbit iOS version.

In the mean time, I would advice you also to install one of Fitbit's own clock faces (whether you like them or notSmiley Happy) to see whether this solves your stats problems. Good luck.

Does this seem to be an issue with the update?

Might be, cause the newest version (.30) completely differs from the one we used to use untill now (.19).

I changed the clock face to a Fitbit one, I am still unable to get any stats on my versa when I swipe up.

I would advice you to contact Customer Service about this issue: https://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US&c=Topics%3ATroubleshooting and ask them about clocks an version .30. Strange that a clock face from Fitbit itself has the same issues. For certainty: what is the name of the clock?

And you also updated to the latest version of Fitbit iOS?

Yep. That is when it stopped working. I tried re-starting the watch 3x, and took the phone in and out of airplane mode a couple of times.

It's hardly believable that Fitbit relases a new version in which Clock Faces are not working properly anymore, but since you're not the only one with this problem, it must be concluded that it's true. BTW, did you receive within your Fitbit app that a new release was available for your Versa? Just one, maybe strange, question: when you swipe from right to left, do you see Today there??

Yes. That functionality seems to be intact. And when I swipe down I can still see my updates, but I can't get into the stats by swiping down. Its a bummer 😞

When I swipe right or left I get my apps..exercise, music, etc...

Two things:

1. did you receive within your Fitbit app that a new release was available for your Versa?

2. what I meant when asking to swipe from right to left: is there a Today app visible, stated otherwis: has Today become a seperate app in the new version or not?
