Versa white screen and won't turn on

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

This morning I woke up before my alarm. I turned my wrist and was too tired to read my analog watch face. I slid up the menu and my screen started to flash and then went to a white screen. It was at 40% charge. I tried to charge it. I have restarted it multiple times. I have had it for 6 months. Do I need to make a warranty call or is this something I can fix? I lost an entire day's worth of steps and workouts.

@SaraBuckeye welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it stopped turning on all of a sudden. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it gets back to life.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy

Nothing worked. None of the short cuts. How do I go about getting my
warranty claim started?
