My Versa has developed a central circular white fog and a shadow of the previous screen persists after leaving a page. The battery is also draining very quickly. I’ve tried resetting several times and have changed the screen face to a simple version and the problem is persisting

@Jnwstn it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it shows a circular white fog and the battery is draining fast. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try one more workaround that has been helpful. Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. After this, check out if the circular fog disappears.
Regarding the battery draining issue, please follow the tips that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor the battery's behavior and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome!

Call Fitbit. I had the same issue. My Versa was less than 2 month old (2nd one btw, I had to return the 1st bc it was also acting nuts) they had me "run a battery test" 🙄 and cb. They have mailed me out a new Fitbit. I'm HOPING versa #3 will be normal and I will love it as much as the charge 2 I started out with. Good luck.

I have a similar issue with a white halo replaced with fogging in center Versa face at different times. Followed suggested resetting of Versa. The problem with the Versa not completely gone. There is a faint lightening of the background color in either as a circle in center or halo at varying times. Reset to past configurations and settings very time consuming. The battery is also draining at an increased rate. Is there a suggested approach to dealing with the issues on permanent basis?
