Yesterday night my versa stopped abruptly and Fitbit logo and install app sign came. From then I tried uninstalling the app and reconnecting my watch. The firmware update is failing ( not installing)inspite of good wifi connection. Please fix it.

Hi @Harsha69 , does your Versa, despite the problems you described, is still functioning? If yes, I would not advice to update the newest Firmware Version 70.7.14, cause it damaged too much Versa's in partucular. Regards kuzibri

same here, and after the "update failed" I couldn't connect my versa to my samsung s9, and wifi didn't work. I solved it by downloading the fb app to my ipad, adding the device to the ipad and completing the firmware update. After that, the versa connected to the s9 just fine.
