Versa will not charge

My versa purchased as a Christmas gift, will no longer charge.  It acts as if it does not connect, but all connections have been cleaned.  Stopped working in May.

@debramathis49 does it charge when you plug to outlet or computer? This might be simply a faulty charger. Please reach out to customer support to guide you through the next steps.
