I've been trying to connect my Versa to Wi-Fi but it keeps saying connection out of range. I am able to connect other devices but not the Verse. As simple as it seems, it will not connect. Not sure what else to try. I need to download the firmware in order to use it so at this point I'm ready to return it. Any suggestions?
Thanks!

Is your wifi supported?
"Versa can connect to open, WEP, WPA personal, and WPA2 personal Wi-Fi networks. Your watch won't connect to 5GHz, WPA enterprise, or public Wi-Fi networks that require logins, subscriptions, or profiles. If you see fields for a username or domain when connecting to the Wi-Fi network on a computer, the network isn't supported."

@GIEAN try inputting the network manually in the fitbit mobile app. also you can update versa via bluetooth. it will just take an hour or two.

It's great to welcome you @GIEAN, @SunsetRunner and @Marrrmaduke thanks for the input.
I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue and recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit watch connect to Wi-Fi? and follow the instructions provide there.
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome.

This is the best answer.
I didn’t know how to connect my watch to my home Wi-Fi because I didn’t read the instructions in the help. When I went to Why won't my Fitbit watch connect to Wi-Fi? and read the instructions, within few minutes my network name showed up and when I clicked on it, I was asked for the network password. After entering the PW, I was fully connected with the router IP address.

Yes I even tried that but it didnt help. So I returned it for a full refund. There was something definitely wrong with the one I received.
