Versa will not download Spotify

Every time I try to download Spotify it says I need to update my device but I have checked and my update has all the latest updates. What do I do to get Spotify? I also do not have any media icon or apps icon when I click on the information about my verse. Lastly my wifi won’t stay connected. I attempt to connect to wifi it says it works but after five minutes it says it isn’t connected to my wifi anymore. Please help.

Hello @Sdanielaveloz your Fitbit Versa will only attach to WiFi while it is plugged in and charging. If it is not plugged in, I would not expect it to stay connected. 

As for Spotify, I would try 

  • Clear the fitbit cache
  • Stop the app 
  • Maybe clear the apps data. This will also log you out
