Versa will not record sleep, heart rate rate since latest update

I have tried every troubleshooting tip offered. 

Restart, reset to factory settings, uninstall, reinstall app. Tried on my new fone and even went back to my old galaxy S8 to see if it would work. No luck.  Doesnt capture my sleep log, heart rate. I now have a clunky watch that sometimes counts my steps. 

Any suggestions?

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, monitor your watch and see if the issues get fixed.

Nope it didn't work either. I have tried everything that has been suggested multiple times at no avail.

This Versa is not even 1 year old.
