Update locked my Versa so I did a factory restart. After the restart the Versa screen is locked on "download fitbit app on phone" which I have done. I am unable to get it to respond to me. HELP!

@SVicknair I'm assuming you removed the Versa from Fitbit mobile app and your phone's Bluetooth Paired Devices list, and rebooted your phone. You need to do that before setting up Versa again. Place it in the charger near the router along with your phone. Open Fitbit app and start setting Versa up by adding it as a new device. Follow instructions on the screen.

Hi, performing a factory reset does exactly what it says/meant: it will put your Versa back to the settings made when it was in the factory, so your Versa is totally new as never been bought and setup by a buyer. This means that you will have to setup your Versa from scratch withing the Fitbit app. Whenever your "old" Versa is still in the Fitbit app, just press "add a new device" and choose Versa. Fitbit will ask you if the old one should be replaced, just press yes and proceed with the setup as usual.
