Same.. mine will at the least vibrate when my phone is ringing but I get no text message notification. All my settings are correct and I actually had to get a new versa and it still doesn’t work..

Same here.  It is very frustrating.  If you call support, they will claim it is your device's bluetooth that is incompatible.  It is a nice concept but a piece of crap product.

If you can still return it, you might want to.  There are thousands of messages about it not syncing properly.  So frustrating.

I just got my replaced for another problem. It was under warranty. Now I do not get notifications of text messages or phone calls even though all my settings are correct. Irritating.
