My Versa will not stay powered on even when in the charger. When it does power on in the charger, it immediately goes off if I take it out of the charger. I have made sure the clock face is a Fitbit provided clock face. I have cleaned the charging contacts on the charger and the device. I have tried powering it on regularly and by holding down all 3 buttons. I have managed to get it to stay on long enough to get it to sync with my phone this morning and it shows to be charged to 100%, but now it won't stay on long enough for that to happen. The battery is charged 100%, but some times when the power is recycling it shows 0%. Any help would be appreciated.
