Versa will not switch on after a factory reset

I've had my Versa for over 2 months and very pleased with it, except for trying to change clock faces. I have been trying to change the clock face for about a week. It is stuck on one clock face although it constantly comes up with the continue to install message it does not install the new one. I have tried all the fixes I could find on here, making sure it syncs, switch the app off, switching bluetooth and wifi on and off, restarting the Versa and restarting my phone numerous times. Still no joy. So i decided to do the factory reset of the Versa and now I can't switch it on at all. I have tried pressing the left and bottom buttons together for a few seconds and then longer up to around 20 seconds just in case there was some sort of lag. The tried pressing all 3 buttons together as if doing a manual factory reset of the watch but nothing happens. the battery was around 50% charged when I reset it so i know the battery level was ok. I have had connected to a known working charger for over an hour  but still not possible to switch it on. Can anyone help?

Thanks for the suggestion. I did try this earlier a number of times but
since it has been suggested now, i have tried it again around 10 times,
each time for at least 10 seconds but it still won't switch on.
Thanks
