Versa will not sync unless connected to charger

I've been having issues with my Versa not syncing for at least a month now. Daily I have to reset my Bluetooth, reset my WiFi, update my phone, restart my phone, restart my Versa, only to have the same issue of not syncing. Went to connect my Versa to charge and now it will sync, but only while connected to the charger. What? Doesn't make sense. The battery can be fully charged, and still, the Versa will only sync while connected to the charger??? My firmware version is 32.32.10.15 according to both my Versa and the Fitbit app. The Versa is also not keeping time accurately unless connected to the charger.

I've had the Versa for about a year now and it used to work beautifully, now it is a royal pain when I need to sync. I have tried all of the suggestions. Updating my phone daily, restarting my phone daily, restarting my Versa daily, sometimes hourly, still nothing works except connecting it to the charger. What now? Too late to return this back to Fitbit and so far the only suggestions have already been tried. Any new suggestions?

Update on my issue. After working with customer support at Fitbit the issue was resolved by replacing my Versa. Somehow my Versa stopped working properly. Fitbit sent out a replacement and so far it is working great.

If you are still having issues with your Versa, do yourself a favor and contact customer support at Fitbit. They are the ones that can help. The person I dealt with was great and had me try several things before he was able to determine my Versa was defective.

Mine is doing exactly the same thing. So pleased I'm not the only one out there it's happening to. It's driving me insane. What did you have to do to make it work again?

This was last year and Fitbit replaced it with a reconditioned Versa. Worked fine until about a month ago. Now it will not hold a charge for even 24 hrs.

All notifications are turned off. Auto on when you look at your watch is turned off. Everything is turned off and this will not hold a charge for an entire day. Very frustrating.

It sounds like a faulty unit - this was the case with mine and I worked with customer support. They replaced my watch and charging base unit, taking my old units for examination.
